I’m Guillermo E. Montes, the founder of GEM Consultancy. I started GEM Consultancy to help leaders gain clarity and control over their finances — turning complex data into simple, actionable insights. For over 15 years, I’ve helped businesses across industries — from startups to established organizations — make sense of their finances and use data to guide smarter decisions.

My focus is simple: take the stress out of numbers and turn them into a clear story that drives growth. Whether it’s budgeting, reporting, or building dashboards, I work alongside you to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to your financial operations.

Diwakar Raman

Diwakar is a seasoned finance executive with deep expertise spanning oil & gas services, pipeline operations, and financial services. He has served in senior leadership roles including CFO and VP of Finance at companies such as Integrated Equipment, TS Upsetting & Threading Services, and Sentry Wellhead Systems, where he led financial strategy, capital raising, and operational improvements. Earlier in his career, he worked in equity analysis, asset management, and derivatives research, building a strong foundation in risk management and financial modeling.

With a Master’s in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University, Diwakar brings a unique combination of technical rigor and practical leadership to help clients drive growth, manage risk, and strengthen financial performance.
